When do I start shopping for a wedding dress?
We recommend shopping for your wedding dress soon after you choose your wedding date and venue. Most gowns take between four to 9 months to arrive to our store. Rush delivery fees and availability depend on the designer.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are strongly recommended. Why? To ensure one of our bridal stylist can give you our full and undivided attention finding your dream bridal gown.
How long are the appointments?
Appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Typically this will give you time to try several gowns without getting overwhelmed.
What about if I need more time?
Don’t worry! If you feel you need more time we will schedule a return appointment for you.
Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
Bring your closest friends or family members whose opinion you value the most and who know you the best. Typically parties of four guests or more can be very overwhelming.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We encourage you to wear nude colored underwear and a strapless bra when trying wedding dresses. You may also bring any images of wedding gowns you have in mind or would like to try on.
What are the price ranges for your gowns?
We offer an incredibly diverse and high quality selection of gowns, which range between $800 and $3,000. We require 60% down payment at the time of your order, and the remainder is due when your gown arrives to our store.
What sizes are your bridal gowns available in? Will you have my size available?
Most of our samples bridal gowns are available in sizes 6 through 24. Keep in mind that bridal sizes are different from regular size. A floor sample dress size 12 is equivalent to a regular size 8.

Will I need alterations?
On almost all cases alterations will be needed to ensure the perfect fit. Alterations vary from bride, and from gown to gown, and can take up to 3 months to be done. Alterations fee is not included with the purchase of your gown.
When should I schedule my first fitting?
We will contact you once your gown is delivered to schedule your first fitting, which takes place eight to ten weeks before your wedding day.
What should I bring to my first fitting?
Please bring the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day to have your dress properly fitted.
How many fittings will I need?
Typically brides will need between two and three fittings to ensure the proper fit. Following your final fitting, we will press and pack your gown for you to take home.
Do I need an appointment to look for accessories?
We carry a large variety of veils, jewelry and headpieces to complement your look. During your appointment your consultant will recommend accessories to help accentuate your gown.
How to clean, preserve and store my wedding dress?
After all the pictures, toasts, and dances, preserve your most treasured memory by letting the experts retain the beauty of your gown. Preservation cost is $260.00.
